Last week we had another food tasting session with kale as the main ingredient. There were Kale crisps with smoked paprika, kale, apple and kiwi smoothie and kale, sweet potato salad.

We frequently hold tasting sessions to encourage pupils to try the same main ingredient in a number of different ways to demonstrate that the same food can appear and taste differently depending on how it is cooked or presented.

We also had a cheese tasting demonstration where the pupils can try an array of different types of cheese.
