Whilst our school is transitioning into a new reality of online learning and organised group physical activity is not possible at this time, the sports department would like to reassure our school community that the physical and mental health of our pupils need not suffer.

We would urge all of our pupils to check their OneNote, where the P.E. and Sports department have uploaded a physical and mental well being exercise that pupils, (and families) can complete each day.

We have also outlined below a few ideas about how you can maintain some level of physical activity to boost your mental and physical well being, which, in a period of unprecedented uncertainty, may be more important than ever.
